This will focus on funding sources for homeownership and tools and strategies to incentivize the creation of affordable housing. These tools include inclusionary zoning, linkage fees, surplus lands, and impact fee modifications. This session will also address state funding for homeownership as well as federal resources such as CDBG and HOME, and local housing trust funds.
