· Introduction by the Executive Board and Leadership Teams.

· Overview of the day’s agenda and objectives.

· Keynote address by a prominent figure in the housing industry.

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Panel Discussion – Current Housing Challenges and Opportunities

· Moderated by the Builder Producer and Capital Access Leadership Teams.

· Panelists discuss the current state of housing in Tampa Bay, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.  Focus on securing developable land and accelerating the production of affordable and workforce housing.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Sessions Panel Discussion – Homeownership Challenges

· Led by the Home Access Support Leadership Team.

· Panelists discuss strategies to increase the number of homeownership opportunities and overcoming barriers to homeownership. Focus on increasing the number of first-time home buyers in underserved and/or marginalized communities

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch and Networking

· Attendees enjoy lunch while networking with peers.

· Informal discussions and idea-sharing.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Panel Discussion – Innovative Housing Solutions

· Led by the Policy and Capacity Building Leadership Team.

· Panelists discuss non-traditional methods to address Affordable Housing. Focus on creative solutions for increasing housing stock (Pre-fabricated Construction, Tiny Homes, Employer sponsored housing, workforce housing, faith-based housing, missing middle in-fill)

2:00-2:15 Break

2:15-3:00 Collaborative Work Groups – Break out for focused discussion of Leadership Team opportunities.

3:00-3:30 – Closing Remarks and Next Steps

4:00 – Networking Reception – Cash Bar
