The deadline to apply to receive support through the Thriving Communities Program is November 15!

The Thriving Communities Program (TCP)’s opportunity for disadvantaged and under-resourced communities to apply to receive technical assistance, planning, and capacity building support from National Capacity Builders to help them compete for federal aid and deliver quality infrastructure projects that enable their communities and neighborhoods to thrive closes on November 15. Interested applicants can learn more on the TCP website, and full program and application details are available in the Call for Letters of Interest. Applying to receive support is simple! Use this webform to submit your Letter of Interest by 4:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 15. A worksheet is available to help you draft your application before submitting the form. The program’s Frequently Asked Questions and past webinar recordings offer additional helpful information. You can also attend an upcoming Office Hours session on November 8 at 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET if you have questions about the program; no registration is required, and you can join using this link. The deadline to apply to provide technical assistance, planning, and capacity building support at a national or regional level is also coming up soon on November 28! Find more information about this opportunity on the TCP website and in the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Please note that this is a separate application process from the Letter of Interest; Capacity Builder applicants do not need to first submit a Letter of Interest to apply.
